A US IP address
The most common restrictions are based on your IP address. To avoid this, simply get a US-based one. The nicest way to get one of those is by using a VPN or proxy. I use VyprVPN but you can also check lists of (accidentally) open proxy servers, like this one. That should settle the IP part, my IP location is in Carson City, Nevada.. just in case you're interested ;-) A US postal address
Ordering packages usually involves sending items to a delivery address, which often has to be in the US, or if they do ship to Europe, it's going to be extremely expensive. That's why getting a forwarding address in the US will help. These guys offer them for fair prices (a $10 setup fee). You then only pay the US->EU shipping fees. A US phone number
Last part of the puzzle is to have a US phone number, this is where Skype comes into play. SkypeIn has numbers starting at $18.And that should just about do it :-)
